• You have not used more than 10% of your purchased credits
• The request is made within 14 days of the purchase date

How to Request a Refund

Once approved, refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, and typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected abuse or violation of our Terms of Service.
